Course Format

8-week Course in Zen Meditation for Stress Relief & Wellbeing

Students meet with a Zenways trained meditation teacher once a week, with each session lasting 90-minutes. Classes are kept small to ensure students get enough attention. Each student receives a copy of Zen Master Daizan’s book, a free 30-minutes pre-course 1:1 consultation with their teacher, and exclusive guided meditations for self practice at home.

You will learn lying and sitting meditation with four distinct meditation techniques that have been taught to everyday people by Japanese Zen monks for over 1000 years. We will cover how to sit and breath comfortably for your own body and meditate with confidence. Questions and dialogue are encouraged!

This course is suitable for those completely new to mindfulness meditation or for those who have tried it before and are ready to establish a daily practice. In this course we cover the benefits of mindfulness, dealing with stress, physical and emotional pain, role and identity pressure, work and money, and elevated function.
